Part of the mission of the Semper Fi Fellowship is to develop leadership skills while, at the same time, building close relationships. In 2005 the Semper Fi Fellowship will be participating in various types of activities that men enjoy. During these events we will give men leadership assignments. This is one way of learning how to lead, by doing. Each man in the fellowship has two wingman. These is the first echelon of the Semper Fi Fellowship. This is a fire team. These guys pray daily for one another, check on each other regularly, are there when needed, etc. These men are called on to do various missions within the context of the church. 3 fire teams make up a squad and 3 squads make up a platoon. This organizational structure will help us complete, effectively, many different types of missions as well as to organize or Semper Fi Fellowship activities.
